Rochdi CHMALI

Managing partner

Rochdi CHMALI is the Managing Partner of EXPACT, overseeing the Audit department. Prior to founding CLA Expact, he gained extensive experience at leading international audit firms in Casablanca, managing audit engagements and specialized projects such as reorganization consulting, internal audits, and due diligence for both local and international clients.

Rochdi has also held the position of Director of Internal Audit and Management Control for a major Moroccan group, working with prominent companies including Groupe LafargeHolcim, Groupe OCP, Kinross Gold Mining, Renault Maroc, P&G, and many others.

In addition to his professional career, Rochdi is a lecturer at ISCAE and ENCG Casablanca.

Otmane QUABIL

Partner

Otmane QUABIL is a Partner at CLA Expact, leading the consulting department. He began his career in the UK after completing an MSc at Aston University. Prior to joining CLA Expact, Otmane held leadership roles at Mazars Morocco, where he spearheaded high-impact audit and consulting projects for top banks and major Moroccan and multinational groups, with extensive experience in Audit, Project management, IFRS, Risk Management and internal controls. Otmane combines deep expertise in the banking sector with knowledge in investment and international business development.

Otmane is also a lecturer at HEM Casablanca, sharing his expertise in IFRS with master’s and professional certificate students for over 9 years.

Zakariae GUENNACH

Partner

Zakariae GUENNACH is a Partner at CLA Expact, leading the Tax, Accounting, and Legal consulting department. With over 9 years of experience as an Audit and Tax Manager at a major international firm, he joined an international maritime group as Senior Finance Manager in 2016, followed by a Senior Manager role at OCP Group, the world’s largest exporter of phosphate and fertilizers.

Zakariae has extensive expertise in taxation, providing tax advisory and legal setup services to several renowned groups. He is well-versed in IFRS and US GAAP, leveraging his solid educational background and professional experience.
